If you have received a damaged product we will refund or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Returns must also accompany proof of purchase in the form of a receipt/invoice. If the purchase exceeds 30 days, we are unable to refund the product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and send you an email to confirm we have received your item. If your refund is approved, we will notify you and credit your refund back to your original payment method.
No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
We accept returns for products that:
- Are not as described
- Have a manufacturing fault
If a product has a manufacturing fault, we require the item to be shipped back to us in original packaging for either a refund or exchange of product.
If you choose to return a product for a reason other than specified above, the product must be shipped back to us in its original packaging and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. This shipping cost is non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind – decides they do not like the purchase, or have no use for it
- Discovers the item can be brought cheaper elsewhere
- Has damaged the goods by using them in a way that was unreasonable
You have all the rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
