Caterpillar on Leaf Mini - Metal Art Raw Finish

Caterpillars eat a lot. Caterpillars begin eating the moment they eat their way out of their egg. Before pupating, a caterpillar can be 100 times larger than when it emerged from its egg.  It normally takes between 5 and 21 days for a caterpillar to make a cocoon. Then, they stay inside it while they transform. Some caterpillars make a chrysalis and become butterflies, while others make a cocoon before they become moths.

This little caterpillar wont munch on your garden leaves, but instead will look cute wherever you decide to put it, whether its in your garden or inside your home.
